As pronounced on October 25, 2018, the defendant is sentenced
as provided in pages 2 through 6 of this judgment. The
sentence is imposed pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of
ordered that the defendant must pay to the United States a
special assessment of $25.00, which shall be due immediately.
