         The defendant, MARTIN H. PFAFF. was represented by The Law Offices of Charles P. Stone.

         On motion of the United States, the court has dismissed Disorderly Conduct (6041918) and Interfering With Agency Function (6041919).

         The defendant pleaded guilty to Assault Within Maritime Territory on February 8, 2017. Accordingly, the court has adjudicated that the defendant is guilty of the following offense(s):

         As pronounced on May 24, 2017, the defendant is sentenced as provided in pages 2 through 5 of this judgment. The sentence is imposed pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984.

         It is ordered that the defendant must pay to the United States a special assessment of $25.00, which shall be due immediately. Said special assessment shall be made payable to the Central Violations Bureau.

         It is further ordered that the defendant must notify the United States Attorney for this district within 30 days of any change of name, residence, or mailing address until all fines, restitution, costs and special assessments imposed by this judgment are fully paid. If ordered to pay restitution, the defendant must notify the court and United States attorney of any material change in economic circumstances.

         IMPRISONMENT

         The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a term of 30 Days.

         The defendant will surrender for service of sentence after June 8, 2017 at the institution designated by the Bureau of Prisons and as notified by U.S. Probation.

         PROBATION

         Upon release from imprisonment, you will be on probation for a term of 3 years.
