matter concerns claims by pro se Plaintiff, Joseph J.
Gormley, III, arising out of a pending state court divorce
and child custody proceeding. Each of the nine defendants has
moved to dismiss Plaintiff's complaint. For the reasons
expressed below, Defendants' motions will be granted.

complaint, which he lodges against his spouse and her
parents, his spouse's former and current counsel, three
licensed therapists, and a state court judge, all of whom are
