          JUDGMENT IN A CRIMINAL CASE (FOR OFFENSES COMMITTED ON OR AFTER NOVEMBER 1, 1987)

         The defendant, LOUISE LOFFA, was represented by Saverio A. Viggiano, Assistant Federal Public Defender.

         On motion of the United States, the court has dismissed Conspiracy To Commit Theft (6068702, 6068704, 6068706, 6068708 and 6068710) and Theft of Government Property (6069704, 6068705, 6068707 and 6068709).

         The defendant pleaded guilty to Theft of Government Property on June 22, 2017. Accordingly, the court has adjudicated that the defendant is guilty of the following offense(s):

         As pronounced on November 16, 2017, the defendant is sentenced as provided in pages 2 through 8 of this judgment. The sentence is imposed pursuant to the Sentencing Reform Act of 1984.

         It is ordered that the defendant must pay to the United States a total special assessment of $50.00, which shall be due immediately. Said special assessment shall be made payable to the Central Violations Bureau.

         It is further ordered that the defendant must notify the United States Attorney for this district within 30 days of any change of name, residence, or mailing address until all fines, restitution, costs and special assessments imposed by this judgment are fully paid. If ordered to pay restitution, the defendant must notify the court and United States attorney of any material change in economic circumstances.

         IMPRISONMENT

         The defendant is hereby committed to the custody of the United States Bureau of Prisons to be imprisoned for a term of 20 Days.

         The defendant shall report to the U.S. Marshals Service in Trenton before November 21, 2017 for processing and shall surrender for commencement of sentence on November 27, 2017.
