ORDER ENFORCING INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE SUMMONS

Michael A. Shipp, UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE.

This matter having come before the Court on the petition of the United States of America seeking to enforce the respective Internal Revenue Service summons served upon the respondent, Joseph V. Brown (the " Respondent"), on April 3, 2014, and the Court having ordered the Respondent to show such cause as there may be why the summons should not be enforced, and no cause having been shown by the Respondent why the summons should not be enforced, IT IS, THEREFORE, on this 9 day December, 2014, ORDERED that the summons is hereby enforced and the Respondent shall comply with the respective summons by appearing before IRS Revenue Officer Rebecca Troichuk on January 6, 2015 at 10 a.m., or at such other date and time as Revenue Officer Troichuk may determine is necessary and appropriate, and give testimony and produce for examination the records and information identified in the previously served summons pertaining to the collection of the tax liability of the Respondent for the 2006, 2008 and 2009 calendar years.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Order shall be served upon the Respondent by any service method authorized under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 5(b) within 10 days of the entry of this Order.
