Goodheart v. Acharya

SUPERIOR COURT OF NEW JERSEY APPELLATE DIVISION

August 9, 2010

SHIRLEY GOODHEART, PLAINTIFF-APPELLANT,
v.
RAMESH ACHARYA, DEFENDANT-RESPONDENT.

On appeal from Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, Morris County, Docket No. FM-14-613-94.

Per curiam.

NOT FOR PUBLICATION WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF THE APPELLATE DIVISION

Submitted June 29, 2010

Before Judges Skillman and Wefing.

Plaintiff appeals from the parts of post-judgment orders entered on July 9, 2008, September 9, 2008 and August 26, 2009, relating to her child support obligations and the denial of her claims to a "residential/educational credit" and counsel fees.

We affirm the challenged parts of those orders substantially for the reasons set forth in Judge Weisenbeck's statement of reasons attached to those orders. Although oral argument should have been scheduled on plaintiff's motions, the court's rulings are clearly correct and therefore plaintiff did not suffer any prejudice as a result of the denial of the opportunity for oral argument.

Affirmed.
