Plaintiff Christian Monge appeals from an order granting summary judgment in favor of defendant Harleysville Insurance Company of New Jersey and denying his motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff's claims against defendants Jose Galera, Luis Gustavo Alfaro and State Farm Indemnity Company have been settled and dismissed. We affirm substantially for the reasons stated by Judge Ashrafi in his thorough letter opinion of October 12, 2007.
