ORDER

This matter having come before the Court on the application of counsel for appellants for emergent relief pursuant to Rule 2:9-8, and Chief Justice Deborah T. Poritz having referred the matter to the full Court for review, and the Court having considered the matter on the papers filed with the Superior Court, Appellate Division, and the opinion of that court;

IT IS ORDERED that the motion for a stay pending appeal of the December 5-11, 2005, bear hunt is denied.
