ORDERED that Defendant Jay Carter's motion to dismiss the
Complaint is DENIED, Defendant Michelle Hayes-Bullock's motion to
dismiss the primary liability claim in First Count of the
Complaint is GRANTED with prejudice, and Defendant Michelle
Hayes-Bullock's motion to dismiss the remaining claims and counts
of the Complaint is GRANTED without prejudice and Plaintiff is
GRANTED leave to amend the Complaint.
