Claimant Jacquie Matlack seeks judgment pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) of the Social Security Act for review of a final determination by the Commissioner of Social Security denying her application for Social Security Disability Insurance Benefits. This Court having reviewed the submissions of the parties, and for the reasons set forth in an opinion issued by this Court, which findings of fact and conclusions of law are incorporated herein by reference, and for good cause appearing,
