ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS' MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT, AND DISMISSING PLAINTIFFS' STATE LAW CLAIMS

This matter having appeared before the Court upon Defendants', State of New Jersey Division of Youth and Family Services, and caseworkers Wilma Acevedo and Letitia Pellot, Motion for Summary Judgment, the Court having considered the submissions of the parties, for the reasons set forth in an Opinion issued by this Court, which findings of fact and conclusions of law are incorporated herein by reference, and for good cause appearing,

IT IS on this 3rd day of March, 2003,

ORDERED THAT:

1. Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment, pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, is hereby GRANTED as to all federal claims; and

2. The Court declines to assert jurisdiction over Plaintiffs' state law claims, and such claims are DISMISSED without prejudice.
