ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT AND DENYING PLAINTIFF'S CROSS-MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This matter having appeared before the Court upon the Defendant AllGroup Wheaton's motion for summary judgment and Plaintiff Larry Jordan's cross-motion for summary judgment, the Court having considered the submissions of the parties, for the reasons set forth in an Opinion issued by this Court, which findings of fact and conclusions of law are incorporated herein by reference, and for good cause appearing,

IT IS on this 4th day of September, 2002,

ORDERED THAT:

1. Defendant AllGroup Wheaton's motion for summary judgment pursuant to Rule 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure is hereby GRANTED; and

2. Plaintiff Larry Jordan's cross-motion for summary judgment is hereby DENIED;
