ORDER AFFIRMING THE DECISION SOCIAL SECURITY

Claimant Jay Artz seeks judgment pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for review of a final determination by the Commissioner of Social Security suspending Claimant's monthly Disability Insurance Benefits from February 1995 through April 1996. This Court, having reviewed the submissions of the parties, and for the reasons set forth in an opinion issued by this Court, which findings of fact and conclusions of law are incorporated herein by reference, and for good cause appearing,
