Schall, Esq., Schall & Barash, L.L.C., appearing on behalf of Plaintiff, Stephen A. Gregory, and John J. Farmer, Esq., Attorney General of New Jersey and Meryl G. Nadler, Esq., Deputy Attorney General of New Jersey, appearing on behalf of Defendant, Administrative Office of the Courts of the State of New Jersey; and,
The Court having considered the submissions of the parties; and,
For the reasons stated in the Opinion filed concurrently with this Order;
IT IS, on this 18th day of October, 2001, hereby ORDERED that the motions of Plaintiff to Reopen this case and to file an Amended Complaint, are GRANTED.
