This matter having come before the court upon its own motion because the Order entered November 19, 1998 herein was incorrect and inconsistent with the Opinion deciding this case, also entered on November 19, 1998; that Opinion correctly reflects this Court's determination that the decision of the Commissioner should be affirmed;

IT IS this 23rd day of November 1998, hereby

ORDERED that the Order filed November 19, 1998 be, and it hereby is, AMENDED to state as follows:

This matter having come before the court upon review of the final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration denying the claim of plaintiff Joanne Toner Muller for Disability Insurance benefits pursuant to § 205(g) of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g); and

Upon consideration of the entire record and the submissions of the parties in connection with this matter and for reasons set forth in the Opinion of November 19, 1998;

IT IS this 23rd day of November, 1998, hereby

ORDERED that the decision of the Commissioner denying the claim of plaintiff Joanne Toner Muller for Disability Insurance benefits pursuant to § 205(g) of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), be, and hereby is, AFFIRMED.
