Order ON EMERGENT APPLICATION
THIS MATTER HAVING BEEN DULY PRESENTED TO THE COURT (ON THE PAPERS), IT IS ON THE 28TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1994, HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:
EMERGENT APPLICATION FOR CLARIFICATION OF M-855-94
The order of this court of October 5, 1994 is retroactive. In addition, Dr. McGee is obligated to continue paying $2000. support per month until this matter is resolved finally. At a rate of $2000. per month from July through October, he owed $8000. With credit for $2000. paid in October; $1000. in September and $1441. horse boarding fees, his arrears are $3559. This amount must be paid before November 1, 1994. In addition, because Dr, McGee failed to live up to the order to maintain the status quo with respect to the horses pending the outcome of the case during a period in which he was not paying support, and merely paid up previous boarding charges requiring removal of the horses, he shall also pay the moving cost of $200. Mrs. McGee shall pay the boarding costs from her support. The motion to supplement the record is denied. The proposed additions to the record should be offered to Judge Penza.
