THIS MATTER HAVING BEEN ARGUED BEFORE THE COURT, IT IS ON THIS 12th DAY OF OCTOBER, 1994, HEREBY ORDERED AS FOLLOWS:

EMERGENT APPLICATION FOR MOTION FOR LEAVE TO APPEAL AND FOR SUMMARY DISPOSITION. GRANTED

SUPPLEMENTAL:

The interim order of the trial Judge is reversed. The alimony order of the Appellate Division of August 11, 1993, and the Order of the Supreme Court of August 13, 1993 are reinstated.

Dr. McGee shall make such payments as are necessary to forestall the sale or destruction of the horses forthwith. Within 30 days of the date on which the trial Judge issues his decision on reconsideration, the parties may simultaneously exchange supplemental appellate briefs on the issues presented,

Jurisdiction is retained.
