Order

Kurt Looper petitions for a writ of mandamus*fn* to direct the Office of Special Counsel to respond to his Freedom of Information Act request and other inquiries.

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1295(a)(9), this court has jurisdiction to review decisions of the Merit Systems Protection Board. Thus, this court has the authority to review a petition for a writ of mandamus from a party who is before the Board. 28 U.S.C. § 1651 (a court may issue a writ necessary or appropriate in aid of its jurisdiction). However, this court has no jurisdiction to review a decision of OSC and has no supervisory jurisdiction over OSC. Hence, this court has no jurisdiction to review Looper's petition.

Accordingly,

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

Looper's petition is dismissed.
