ON PETITION FOR CERTIFICATION

To the Appellate Division, Superior Court:

A petition for certification of the judgment in A-6146-88T4 having been submitted to this Court, and the Court having granted certification on a limited basis (C-1126-90) and having thereafter vacated that order on the application of the State (M-326-91) pending the Court's Disposition of State v. Dillihay (A-1-91);

And good cause appearing;

It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted, and it is further

Ordered that the matter is summarily remanded to the Law Division for resentencing in accordance with State v. Dillihay, N.J. (1992).
