After considering the contentions raised by appellant, to-wit, that the court erred: (1) when it permitted the government to present the testimony of Wendy Ann Fulginiti which impermissibly tied the appellant to an international drug importing conspiracy; (2) when it permitted the government to present the testimony of William Renton of the Drug Enforcement Agency concerning his observation of street level drug sales in the appellant's neighborhood; (3) when it permitted the government's redirect examination of Emilio Sauris to exceed the scope of cross-examination; and (4) when it permitted the government to introduce hearsay statements of a co-defendant which were not made in furtherance of the conspiracy, it is
ADJUDGED AND ORDERED that the judgment of the district court be and is hereby affirmed.
