Order

UPON CONSIDERATION of the application of counsel for the applicant and for the response filed thereto,

IT IS ORDERED that execution and enforcement of the judgment of the Supreme Court of Alabama, case Nos. 87-1313, 87-1320, 87-1331 and 87-1339, dated December 22, 1989, is stayed pending the timely filing of a petition for a writ of certiorari. If the petition is so timely filed, this order is to remain in effect pending this Court's action on the petition for a writ of certiorari. Should the petition for a writ of certiorari be denied, this order terminates automatically. In the event the petition for a writ of certiorari is granted, this stay shall continue pending the issuance of the mandate of this Court.
