After considering the contentions raised by appellant, namely, that (1) the warrantless entry of 940 South 10th Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was unlawful in the absence of exigent circumstances; and (2) the federal agents did not have a reasonable belief that appellant's premises was a store rather than a home, it is

ADJUDGED AND ORDERED that the judgment of the district court be and is hereby affirmed.
