STERN, D.J.: It is on this 16 day of July, 1979,

ORDERED that Lawrence S. Horn, Esquire, of the firm of Zuckerman, Aronson & Horn, 60 Park Place, Newark, New Jersey 07102 be, and he hereby is, appointed as a Special Master in the above-captioned case; and it is further

ORDERED that Mr. Horn be compensated by the defendant for his services as Speical Master at the rate of $100 per hour.
