Upon consideration of intervenor's motion to strike respondent's brief, for summary enforcement, and to punish for criminal contempt Irving Reingold, individually as sole operating officer of respondent, the answering affidavit by respondent in opposition thereto, and the response of the petitioner in partial opposition thereto, and after hearing, all in the above-entitled case,

It is Ordered that intervenor's motion be and hereby is denied in its entirety, without prejudice to any application by the respondent National Labor Relations Board for enforcement of this Court's order, dated June 12, 1970, and its certified judgment in lieu of formal mandate, issued September 1, 1970, by contempt or otherwise.
