Decided: January 17, 1949.

DOMICELLA M. VANAGAS, COMPLAINANT-RESPONDENT,
v.
STANLEY VANAGAS, DEFENDANT-APPELLANT

On appeal from a decree of the former Court of Chancery. The justices being equally divided on the question whether the decree should be reversed, the decree is affirmed solely because of such division, which renders any opinion by the court impossible.

For affirmance: Chief Justice Vanderbilt, and Justices Burling and Ackerson. For reversal: Justices Case, Heher, and Wachenfeld.
