And now, to wit, October 14th, 1943, upon motion of the Securities and Exchange Commission and after argument thereon, it is hereby ordered and decreed that the petition filed by the North American Light and Power Company to the above number and term for a review of an order entered by the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 8, 1943, be and the same is hereby dismissed, said order being interlocutory and not reviewable within the intent of Sec. 24 (a) of the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935.
