CLARK, Circuit Judge.
And now, to wit, November 19, 1941, it appearing to the court that a petition of the Public Service Corp. of New Jersey has been duly filed in this court at No. 7879 October term 1941 praying for the review of an order entered by the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 15, 1941, against said Public Service Corp. of New Jersey, and for a stay of said order pending review, now, therefore, on motion of the petitioner and with notice to the respondent it is hereby ordered and directed that the effective date of said order by the Securities and Exchange Commission be and the same is hereby stayed pending this court's disposition of the petition for review, upon condition, however, that the Public Service Corp. of New Jersey, the petitioner, shall give due notice to the Securities and Exchange Commission in advance of any action contemplated in the meantime by the Public Service Corp. of New Jersey which action would be subject to the provisions of the Public Utility Holding Company Act of 1935, 49 Stat. 838, except for the stay herein granted.
