Appeal from Supreme Court

Two separate proceedings in certiorari by the Wilmar Company against County of Camden and others, and by Wilmar Company against County of Camden, Central Airport Development Company, and others. From the judgement, the prosecutor appeals.

Affirmed.

The opinion of Justice Bodine of the Supreme Court was as follows:

These cases were argued together and the testimony taken on the rules was by stipulation used on the argument of the present writs.
